Delivery

We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders to UK. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for UK delivery.

We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 48 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have received your order.  As soon as your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from us containing a dispatch confirmation. 

All shipments for UK Standard and Next Day Delivery is arranged via UK Royal Mail or Evri.

Return

At Leeway we offer all online customers a hassle-free returns policy within 28 days of receipt. we accept returns on all items - including earrings - that are sent back to us unworn and in their original packaging.

Please contact us at Hometolive7@gmail.com within 28 days of receiving your item, quoting your order number in the subject line for a return form and instructions. Once your request has been approved, please send out your returned item no later than 14 days.
please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process a refund. Please return it to us along with your proof of purchase.

Faulty Items

If you receive an order and deem it faulty, please email our customer service team at Hometolive7@gmail.com including pictures of the faulty item(s) before making any returns. Delivery charges for return will be reimbursed upon review and approval.
